Over the years, I have experienced how much time and energy organizations can lose when performance lacks clarity and when processes are more complicated than they need to be.

This is where my work sits: between performance management and process management.

​

At organizational level, I design and implement structures that translate priorities into clear expectations, measurable performance and regular review.

 

At the process level, I look at how work flows across teams and functions, where inefficiencies arise, and how processes can be made simpler and more effective.

Before founding my consultancy, I held leadership and Operational Excellence roles in Aviation, MedTech and IT. Working in complex and highly regulated environments has shaped my practical approach to performance, process improvement and implementation.

My toolkit combines Lean and Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Performance Management and

Leadership Development. I am also an ICF-certified coach, which gives me another way of working with leaders and teams when new systems, processes or responsibilities require changes in behaviour.

My working style has also been shaped by living in several countries and working with colleagues from more than 15 nationalities. It has taught me to look at organizational challenges from different perspectives and to adapt to the context rather than apply a standard solution.
